Astrill usually updates automatically but it seems that the latest auto update wasn't rolled out to everyone. Personally I've had much better experience on American and European servers than any of the Asian servers. Las Vegas, Fremont, Seattle, Dallas, and West Coast are my go-to USA servers. For Europe, Denmark, Sweden, and Luxembourg.
