The disc icon means it's not available for streaming (Disc only). They could be in the middle of pulling streaming options for some titles, or it could be an issue on their end that's causing it to display wrong. Sign in to your Netflix account, go to "Your Account & Help", (top right-hand corner) then scroll down til you see either "Watching Instantly on Your TV or Computer" or "Manage Video Quality", the latter is what you want, change your video quality to "Good".
